OB/GYN Physician Needed in Alaska

Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Through April 23, 2027 with anticipated extension
Schedule: Approximately 1 week/month. Clinic Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with overnight call and weekend 24-hour call coverage.

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN coverage within the same building
• Approximately 10 clinic patients/day and 0–2 Labor & Delivery patients/day
• Approximately 7 days of first or second call, including Labor & Delivery and ED coverage
• Full-scope general OB/GYN including rounding, admissions, and emergency procedures
• No scheduled surgeries expected unless additional surgical assistance is needed
• 25-bed facility with 5 Labor & Delivery beds
• Second OB/GYN available on call 24/7 with ED and Hospitalist support
• Epic EMR

Alaska License Not Required to Submit (We will license you!)

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60–90 days; emergency privileges may be available
