• Start Date: April 3, 2026
• Coverage Type: 24-hour on-call
• Schedule: Standard – 3 shifts
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour call)
• Shift Volume:
o Deliveries per shift: 1–3
o Average callback hours: 4–8 hours
• Credentialing Timeframe: 15–20 days

Requirements
• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• License: Active Arizona license required or IMLC eligibility
• DEA: Required
• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of OB/GYN practice experience
