Department Description: OB/GYN coverage for Flagstaff Medical Center
EMR: Cerner
Hospital Bed size: 268 Beds
Practice Setting:
Hospital

Requirements:
Board Certification: Must be BC or BE in OB/GYN
License Required: AZ license is required or IMLC
DEA: Yes
CSR: No
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: 15-20 days
