OB/GYN Locums | $2,000/Day + Paid Call

Northern Arizona | 1:4 Call Rotation | Team-Based Coverage
Not solo coverage. Not a burnout model.
Arc Health is staffing a federal health center in Northern Arizona where OB/GYNs work in a fully supported, team-based environment alongside multiple physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives.

Compensation
$2,000/day + Call back-No required patient contact hours
Weeknight pager call: $250 flat
Weekend call (24 hrs): $1,000 flat
Call-back rate: $250/hr
1:4 call rotation
Travel & lodging arranged by provider
Clinical Volume
~450 deliveries/year across the program
1–2 deliveries/day across the team
Midwives manage routine OB
OB/GYNs focus on surgical & higher‑acuity cases
Avg call-backs: 3–4/week when on call
Schedule
Block scheduling: 1–2 weeks/month
Clinic: Mon–Fri | 8a–5p
Pager call only (hotel across the street; not in-house)
Support
3–5 OB/GYNs on shift daily
Certified Nurse Midwives integrated into care
Pediatrics & Anesthesia onsite
Experienced nursing staff
EMR: RPMS
Requirement
BC/BE OB/GYN
Active, unrestricted U.S. license
