Assignment Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 24-hour beeper call (7a–7a); coverage dates include 6/5–6/8, 7/17–7/20, and 10/30–11/2
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Case Mix: OB/GYN call coverage; 0–1 deliveries per shift, 0–2 callbacks per shift; coverage of Nurse Midwife as needed
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• State License: Arizona or IMLC
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN, DEA
• Minimum 1 year of experience
