Assignment Details:

Start Date: July 3, 2026
Contract Length: Multiple weekend coverage dates:
July 3 (7:00 PM) – July 5 (7:00 PM)
August 14 (7:00 PM) – August 16 (7:00 PM)
August 28 (7:00 PM) – August 30 (7:00 PM)
September 11 (7:00 PM) – September 13 (7:00 PM)
September 25 (7:00 PM) – September 27 (7:00 PM)
Schedule: 24-hour beeper call (busy call volume)
Practice Setting: Hospital
Patients Per Day: Average 1–3 deliveries per shift
Patient Population: OB/GYN
Case Mix: Obstetrical and gynecological hospital coverage
EMR: Cerner
Facility: 268-bed hospital
Average Callback Hours: 8–12 hours per shift

Requirements:

State License: Active Arizona license required or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
Credentialing: 15–20 days
