Aya Locums is seeking an OB/GYN Physician for a locum assignment in Northern Arizona.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: July 3, 2026
• Contract Length: Multiple weekend call dates through September 27, 2026
• Schedule: 24-hour beeper call (busy call)
July 3 (7p) – July 5 (7p)
August 14 (7p) – August 16 (7p)
August 28 (7p) – August 30 (7p)
September 11 (7p) – September 13 (7p)
September 25 (7p) – September 27 (7p)
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patients per day: 1–3 deliveries per shift; average 8–12 callback hours per shift
• Case Mix: Full-scope OB/GYN call coverage
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• State License: Arizona license or IMLC LOQ in hand required
• Certifications: BC/BE in OB/GYN; DEA required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Credentialing: 15-20 days
