Work Details:
Number of deliveries per shift: 0–1. Average number of callbacks per shift: 0–2. Department: OB locums are also expected to cover for Nurse Midwife if there is a need. EMR: Cerner. Hospital Bed Size: 99 beds. Practice Setting: Hospital.

Requirements:
Board Certification: Must be BC or BE in OB/GYN. License Required: AZ license, ok to license for dates 4+ months out. DEA: Yes. Minimum Experience: 1 year.

30 days.
