Aya Locums is seeking an Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to provide scheduled and on-call coverage at a welcoming practice in Arkansas. This opportunity offers a balanced clinic and delivery schedule, strong nursing support, and on-site housing for added convenience.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: March 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing coverage (details to be discussed)
• Schedule: One week on / one week off
• Shift Type: Day shifts + on-call coverage required
• Shift Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Clinic Hours:
– Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
– Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Delivery Volume: Approximately 14–27 deliveries per month
• Support Staff: 3–4 nurses on staff depending on patient volume

Requirements
• License: Active Arkansas medical license required
• Board Certification: Preferred, but not required
• Experience: Prior OB/GYN clinical and delivery experience required
