Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician Needed in California

Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed (45-60 days)
Contract Length: through August/September, possible extension
Shift Details: Mon-Fri 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch (8a-12p and 1p-5p)
Work Details:
Outpatient only
Patients per day: about 20, 15 minutes for follow up, 30 min for procedures and new patients, etc
EPIC experience highly preferred
Average 18-21 patients per day
Adolescents (13+) to geriatrics
Office based procedures required - biopsies, IUD placement, nexplanon,etc
Skills required:

o Confirmation of Pregnancy >7weeks w/ bedside U/S to confirm
o Initial OB visit
o Routine OB Visit
o Postpartum
o Incision Checks
o WWE all ages
o Procedures- IUD/Nexplanon insertion and removal
o I&D for cyst,
o Problem visits- UTI, STI, Menopause, HRT, breast pain
o Leep, colpo, or emb, cryo, cervical polyps

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License Required: Unrestricted CA license
· DEA: Yes
BLS or ACLS
Physicians must have completed an accredited 4-yr OB/GYN residency program
Credentialing Timeframe:45-60 days
