Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
• URGENT coverage needed for June 12th and June 13th
• 24-hour beeper call coverage from 7am-7am
• Provider will not be in-house, responding within 30 minutes when needed in person
• Must have active California medical license and DEA registration
• Board certified or truly board eligible required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Experience with miscarriage management essential
• Must demonstrate 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in specialty
• Handle low and high risk pregnancies with comprehensive delivery services
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries including vaginal, cesarean sections, breech, and multiple births
• Manage pregnancy complications including abruptions and VBACs
• Conduct FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
• Perform OB ultrasounds (Level I screening) with interpretation capabilities
• Provide office/minor gynecology procedures including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
• Perform surgical gynecology including open and laparoscopic procedures
• Handle operative/major procedures including ectopic pregnancy and ovary removal
• Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations required
• Clean credentialing file required with 2-day credentialing timeframe
• Updated CV with all hospital affiliations must be provided
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
