About the facility

This 104-bed facility provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services through an on-site Family Birthing Center, which features private labor, delivery, and recovery suites, postpartum mother-baby rooms, and lactation support. The facility operates a Level II NICU to support a broad range of neonatal clinical needs. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with structured workflows for inpatient and ER obstetric and gynecologic services.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour call shifts across inpatient and ER settings at an on-site facility in California, with a 1:1 call ratio. Clinical responsibilities include vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and ED call coverage for OB/GYN-related issues. Call coverage is required as part of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for all assigned obstetric and gynecologic cases during each designated shift. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
