Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services with 2 patient encounters per shift
• Manage low risk pregnancies with full delivery services
• Perform FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
• Conduct OB ultrasounds with performance and interpretation capabilities
• Perform routine deliveries including vaginal and low forceps
• Exercise decision-making for cesarean sections
• Handle complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs
• Perform repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Provide office and minor gynecology services including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
• Perform surgical gynecology including open and laparoscopic procedures
• Perform operative and major gynecological procedures including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's
• Board certification required with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Must hold an active California medical license or IMLC
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
