"An established private women’s health practice in Los Angeles, California is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join its growing teamThe Position:• 4 to 4.5 clinical days per week with dedicated administrative time• Monday-Friday schedule with typical clinic hours of 7 AM-4 PM• Light 1:3 call rotation with the addition of the incoming physician• Approximately 25 deliveries per month across the entire group• Manageable call volume, typically 1-5 deliveries on a call day• General OB/GYN with an established patient population• Join 2 OB/GYN physicians with experienced NP support• APP handles routine follow-ups, annual exams, initial workups, and other general women’s health visits• Established hospital relationship for deliveries and surgical casesCompensation & Benefits:• Base salary + Earning potential $400K+• Comprehensive benefits package• Malpractice coverage provided• Licensing and professional fees covered• W2 employment structure with 1099 option available• Potential future partnership opportunityThe Community:• Live and work in the Los Angeles area with convenient access to Pasadena and the San Gabriel Mountains• Highly regarded schools and family-friendly residential communities• Easy access to hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the San Gabriel Mountains• Enjoy Southern California's year-round sunshine with beaches, dining, shopping, and entertainment all within reach• Close proximity to major airports and everything the Los Angeles metro has to offerInterested?
