• Replacing tenured provider – inheriting practice, joining FP-OB & experienced APP
• $416,389 Guaranteed Compensation + wRVU Production Incentive
• $39,078 Starting Bonus
• $30,000 Student Loan Bonus
• $15,000 for relocation
