Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
Coverage Dates:
August 3-7
August 24-28
September 21-25
October 5-9
October 12-16
October 19-23
Ongoing coverage beginning November 2026
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Types of Cases: General Obstetrics and Gynecology, Colposcopy, Intrauterine Device (IUD) Insertion, Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP), Endometrial Biopsy, Hysteroscopy, Dilation and Curettage (D&C), Hysterectomy, Sonogram Interpretation
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days for temporary providers; 60 days standard
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Certifications Required: Board Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
Licensure Required: Active Colorado Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Letter of Qualification
