On-Call Requirements: Limited call restricted strictly to established surgical patients (No Emergency Department GYN call required)
Position Overview
A premier healthcare network along the Colorado Front Range is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gynecologist with expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). Joining an established, high-volume practice in Boulder County, the incoming surgeon will specialize in advanced surgical care for complex cases such as endometriosis.
This turnkey position provides immediate block time, dedicated robotic access, and robust mid-level support (NPs/PAs manage initial consults so the surgeon can focus on pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care).
Key Practice Highlights & Responsibilities
Immediate High Volume: Turnkey practice opportunity; existing surgeons perform 12–14 robotic cases weekly with an established 5-month patient waitlist.
Surgical Scope: Focus on complex Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) and advanced endometriosis care.
Dedicated OR Resources: Designated robotic surgical time provided from Day One.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Seamless referral networks and co-management with General Surgery, Urologic Surgery, and Interventional Radiology.
Advanced Mid-Level Support: Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) handle initial new-patient consults to streamline surgical volume.
EMR: EPIC utilized system-wide.
Qualifications & Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
Degree: M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school [Required]
Residency & Fellowship: Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency; Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (FMIGS) or extensive high-volume MIGS experience [Highly Preferred]
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of active GYN practice experience with proven surgical expertise in MIGS/endometriosis treatment [Required]
Licensure & Certifications
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology [Required]
State Licensure: Active, unrestricted Colorado Medical License (or willingness to obtain) [Required]
DEA: Active Federal DEA registration (must be active prior to start) [Required]

Compensation & Total Rewards
Base Pay Range: $385,000 – $407,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
