Facility:
This hospital is a well-established inpatient facility serving a diverse patient population including adolescent and adult patients. The facility features an 8-bed department, averages approximately 30 deliveries per month, and is supported by in-house anesthesia and RN staff, providing a strong and collaborative care environment.

Board Certified - OB/GYN

Job Details:

• Locum OB/GYN coverage needed for December with approximately 11-12 shifts per month for all locums combined
• 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a) in an inpatient, emergency room, and call setting
• Site will not schedule providers for more than 2-3 consecutive day stints
• Required procedures include GYN emergencies and obstetrics including C-sections
• Backing up family practice providers; no midwives on site
• EMR system is EPIC; prior EPIC experience required with completion of EMR modules and virtual training prior to first day
• Active Colorado license or Active IMLC (Letter of Qualification in hand at time of submission) required
• Active DEA required for credentialing
• Board Certified OB/GYN required
• OB/GYN Residency required
• Clean malpractice and background history required
• Candidate must disclose number of shifts per month they can commit to
• Providers must stay at the designated preferred lodging when vacancies are available and follow CommonSpirit Health travel policy when the preferred hotel is fully booked
• Local or drive-in candidates highly preferred
• Credentialing timeframe is 60 days for temporary privileges and 120 days for full privileges
