About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through in-house laborist shifts at an on-site facility in Washington, DC, with assignments structured as 12-hour or 24-hour shifts across inpatient, OR, and ER settings. Clinical responsibilities include managing OB triage, responding to unassigned gynecologic emergencies, and providing coverage supported by a Level II NICU. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for all assigned obstetric and gynecologic cases during each designated shift. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this position.
