- Clinic only
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday schedule (2-4 times per month)
- Annual exams, GYNe, office procedures, wellness exams
- Average patient volume is 15 per day
- Possibility for Telehealth after establishing
- Must be a drive in candidate
- Must have IL license and CSR
- Board certification required
