10 DAY OB/GYN COVERAGE NEED IN ILLINOIS!

Job description

Position: Temporary OB/GYN coverage (emergency privileges issued for July dates)

Coverage dates: July 8–10; July 23–24; December 24–28 (clinic open only on 24th; holiday pager days negotiable)

Practice Setting & Team:

Join a team of 2 OB/GYNs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
Advanced Women’s Center with LDR suites, private postpartum suites, on‑site surgical team, and 24‑hour anesthesia for epidurals
Level II nursery; collaborative care model with CNMs and pediatricians
EMR: Cerner
Main OB holds backup pager support as needed
Clinical volume & duties:

Clinic volume ~20–25 patients/day; ~20–25 deliveries/month

Provide clinic care, labor & delivery coverage, operative support during OR blocks, and inpatient/triage management during assigned dates

Shared call model supported by CNM to balance coverage and surgical responsibilities

• Advanced Women’s Center featuring: State-of-the-art Labor, Delivery & Recovery (LDR) suites Private postpartum suites On-site surgical team 24-hour anesthesia support for epidurals
• Approx. 20-25 patients a day, 20-25 deliveries a month
