Locums OBGYN needed in Warsaw IN | Up to 260/hr

**ACTIVE IN license, CSR and DEA providers ONLY !!!**

• Coverage: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
• Coverage Type: 24 hour call
• Schedule Details:
This position will handle only "hospital" call from Friday 7am, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7am for weekend coverage : 1 weekend/month coverage is needed in an ongoing basis.


Work Details:
Outpatient Hospital Setting
• Patients Per Day: 20-25
• Beds in Department: 72
• Procedures: Includes delivery, C-Sections, & surgical procedures that may be required such as hysterotomies, etc. Prefer robotic (on site is DaVinci X) skilled/experience but not required.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: required
• License: Licensed in IN
• Certifications required: BLS, CSR, DEA
• Privileging timeframe: 2 weeks
