24hr call shifts
• NICU Level: Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (one of the few L3 in Northern Indiana)
• 60–90-day credentialing timeframe, will offer temps.
• Provider will be staying in hospital "hotel room"
• Lower volume facility and providers can cover up to 2-4 days at a time.
Starting rate: $200/hr
Must have IN licensed
Must be board certified OBGYN
