This on-site inpatient facility in Indiana provides obstetric and gynecologic services to the regional patient population across both clinic-based and hospital settings. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with day shift and call coverage requirements, with laborist on-site presence required during call shifts.

The area is anchored by the Indiana Dunes National and State Parks, which provide beaches, hiking trails, and nature activities along the southern shore of Lake Michigan. About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage through a combination of office-based clinical days and hospital rounding at an on-site facility in Indiana, on an ongoing basis. Office-based clinical coverage consists of 8-9 hour on-site clinic days, with hospital rounding and call coverage also required as components of this assignment. Laborist clinicians must remain on-site during call shifts, and all clinicians must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call, with or without reasonable accommodations.
