This hospital is part of a respected regional healthcare network serving the Appalachian region. The facility features a 12-bed department and operates as a Level 3 trauma center, providing comprehensive women's health services to the surrounding communities with strong support for healthcare providers.

Opportunity:
Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services with 5 patient encounters per shift
• Handle low and high risk pregnancies with full range of delivery services
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries including vaginal, cesarean sections, breech, and multiple births
• Manage pregnancy complications including abruptions and VBACs
• Conduct FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE procedures
• Perform OB ultrasounds (Level I and II) with interpretation capabilities
• Handle amniocentesis procedures and repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Provide office/minor gynecology services including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
• Perform surgical gynecology procedures including open and laparoscopic operations
• Handle operative/major procedures including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, and cystectomy
• Must be licensed in Kentucky or hold IMLC
• Board certification eligible required with ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Laser certification preferred
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days


Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
