Locum OB/Gyn Need $5k per 24-hour call

Job description

All Residencies & Fellowships must be ACGME Approved
No large malpractice issues
Clean NPDB, required with submission/prior to interview
Three professional references that have worked with the provider within 18 months
Case/patient logs to show 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
Call Required, Clinic Optional

Cases/Procedures:
Suction D&C
Laparoscopy
Read NST’s
C/Sections
Circumcisions
Tubal Ligations
Required experience, training, and certifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Case Logs:
50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months
Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
MI license preferred; will consider IMLC
Credentialing Timeframe:
Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
