Option 1: Minneapolis Metro — Pure OB Hospitalist (High Acuity)

- The Schedule: 24-hour onsite blocks (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM), though the facility can easily accommodate 12-hour shifts if you prefer.
- The Flow: High-risk, pure OB focus with zero GYN responsibilities and no resident supervision.
- The Infrastructure: You will co-manage a predominantly high-risk census alongside 24/7 Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) backup. A second OB/GYN is always onsite for collaborative workflow.
- Fast-Track Onboarding: The site is issuing Emergency Temp privileges to bypass the standard credentialing wait time for providers with completely clean files. Trauma Level I or II environment experience is required.

Option 2: Owatonna, MN — PRN Beeper Call (Low Volume)

- The Schedule: 24-hour regional beeper call coverage (weeknights and weekends). This is an ongoing PRN layout.
- The Holiday Premium: To align with this site, providers must have availability to cover at least one major upcoming holiday block (options include Christmas Eve/Weekend blocks or New Year’s Eve/Weekend blocks).
- The Flow: Highly manageable pace averaging 10–15 patient encounters for clinic duties, with an average of only 0 to 3 physical onsite call-backs per weekend. Covers standard OB and minor GYN needs for a 66-bed community facility.
