About the facility

This 154-bed on-site facility in Missouri provides obstetric and gynecologic services across clinic and OR settings to the regional patient population. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows, with support staff that includes 2 physicians, 1 midlevel, MAs, LPNs, and Clinic RNs to support continuous care delivery. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with BLS certification standards and board certification requirements.

About the facility location

The facility is situated near Branson in the Ozark Mountains of southern Missouri, within an area spanning approximately 4,600 acres of natural wilderness. The region supports a range of wildlife, including white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, songbirds, and waterfowl, and offers access to outdoor recreational opportunities across the surrounding landscape. Clinicians on assignment will also find spa facilities and a blend of rustic and upscale amenities available in the area.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide standard obstetric and gynecologic clinic and inpatient practice coverage across clinic and OR settings at an on-site facility in Missouri, on a day shift and 24-hour shift basis beginning in 2027 on an ongoing basis. Clinical responsibilities encompass the full range of clinic and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, with an average volume of 50 deliveries per month. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:3 call ratio. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system.
