SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced OB Hospitalist physician (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This role offers 24-hour call coverage with ongoing scheduling and expedited credentialing beginning June 2026.

Position Details
- Start: Anticipated June 1, 2026 (expedited credentialing)
- Shifts: 24-hour call coverage
- Coverage: Ongoing; as many shifts per month as the provider is available for
- Facility Volume: Approximately 1,500 births per year

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted New Mexico medical license (in hand)
- DEA in hand
- Board Certified
- Required: Independent malpractice insurance policy
- Required: Enrollment in the New Mexico Patient Compensation Fund
- CV in MM/YYYY format with all 30+ day gaps explained (work and education)
