This regional medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare provider for the Las Cruces community and surrounding areas. The facility features a 12-bed department and operates as a Level 3 trauma center, providing essential obstetric and gynecologic services to the region.

Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services with 25 patient encounters per shift
• Manage both low and high risk pregnancies with full delivery capabilities
• Perform routine deliveries including vaginal births and low forceps deliveries
• Handle complicated deliveries including cesarean sections, breech presentations, and multiple births
• Manage pregnancy complications including abruptions and VBACs
• Make critical decision-making determinations for cesarean sections
• Conduct FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE monitoring
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds including Level I (screening/viability) and Level II (targeted/anatomic)
• Conduct amniocentesis procedures as needed
• Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Must maintain active New Mexico medical license
• Board certification required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days
