Salary: $230,000 - $240,000 / yr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔️ Licensure: Unrestricted NY State medical license
✔️ Certification: Board Certified in OB/GYN
✔️ Experience: Minimum 5 years clinical OB/GYN experience + 2 years leadership/administrative experience; FQHC experience preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: Full-scope OB/GYN care, quality metric management, HRSA compliance, program development, budget oversight
✔️ Soft Skills: Visionary leadership, mentorship, strategic thinking, collaboration, commitment to community health equity

✅ Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Operations
✔️ Lead OB/GYN service line across all clinical sites
✔️ Oversee OB/GYN providers’ schedules, access targets, coverage plans
✔️ Coordinate on-site, after-hours/on-call coverage and hospital affiliation activities
✔️ Monitor clinical outcomes aligned with HRSA and UDS standards
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care
✔️ Lead service line growth and expansion of women’s health programs

Quality, Safety & Compliance
✔️ Accountable for OB/GYN quality metrics and clinical performance
✔️ Lead peer review, case conferences, and incident learning initiatives
✔️ Ensure HRSA, regulatory, and governance compliance
✔️ Maintain and update OB/GYN Policies & Procedures

People Leadership
✔️ Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate OB/GYN providers
✔️ Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management
✔️ Partner with senior leadership on staffing models and clinic efficiency
✔️ Foster a culture of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, patient-centered care

Direct Patient Care
✔️ Provide full-scope gynecologic care
✔️ Manage consultations and escalate care to advanced procedures or hospital affiliates

Community Engagement & Program Development
✔️ Partner with Outreach and Communications teams on maternal health initiatives
✔️ Support grant initiatives, program reporting, and new service development
✔️ Participate in community events and population health initiatives
✔️ Perform other related duties as assigned
