Salary: $356,345.50 – $417,497.60 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center in Shirley, NY. This role focuses on comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal services, gynecologic procedures, and family planning.

Schedule
✔ 3 office days per week
✔ 1 call per week with post-call day off
✔ 1 in 4 weekend calls

Qualifications
✔ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔ Active New York State medical license
✔ DEA registration
✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
✔ Experience in community health settings required
✔ Proficiency in prenatal care, gynecologic surgery, and EHR systems
✔ Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care
✔ Perform outpatient and surgical procedures
✔ Participate in on-call coverage and hospital rounds
✔ Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers
✔ Coordinate referrals and follow-ups
✔ Support quality improvement initiatives
✔ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance
