Job Details:
• Join a hospital employed and established group to help develop a new block schedule
• Work 7 on / 7 off covering a mix of inpatient deliveries/surgeries and clinic patients
• Current program includes 1 full-time OB/GYN, 1 PRN OB/GYN, 2 full-time CNMs and 2 NPs
• Standard clinic hours with shared weekday call, CNMs take first call
• Average 20-25 clinic patients per day and 420 deliveries per year
• Fully equipped office with pessary fitting supplies, colposcope, two procedure rooms, and complete instrument supply
• Technology includes M-Modal dictation, Athena and Paragon EMR, point of care testing, LEEP equipment and ultrasound
• Access to daVinci Robot for advanced surgical procedures
• Direct referral relationships with Duke University for maternal-fetal medicine and other specialties
• Hospital features Level I Nursery for newborn care
• One hospital coverage only for this facility located in Henderson
