Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN for a locum tenens assignment in Mansfield, Ohio beginning June 2026. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, surgical time, and hospital call within an established OB/GYN group.

Compensation & Benefits
• Clinic: $175–$200 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
• Call: $2,800–$3,200 per 24-hour shift + callback pay
• Travel and lodging covered

Mansfield, Ohio
Practice setting includes clinic and OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital, a 326-bed facility serving a strong community patient base.

Work Environment & Schedule
• 2–3 clinic days per week (20–25 patients per day)
• 1 dedicated GYN surgery day per week
• 1–2 weekends per month of required 24-hour call
• Approx. 1 delivery per day while on call
• Support staff: Medical Assistants
• Established OB/GYN group
• EMR: EPIC
• Full-scope OB/GYN including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and emergency gynecologic surgery
Credentialing timeframe: 2–3 months

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active state license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN experience
