Facility:
This hospital is part of a respected healthcare network providing comprehensive women's health services to the community. The facility features a well-equipped labor and delivery unit with 10 LDRP beds, 3 postpartum beds, 1 triage bed, and a 12-bed normal newborn nursery with strong nursing support.

Opportunity:
Physician - OB/GYN

Job Details:
• Provide locum OB/GYN coverage from May 6 (8a) - 11 (8a)
• Hospital ER/GYN and labor & delivery call coverage
• Work alongside 2 physicians and 5 CNMs in the practice
• Handle 40%-50% gynecology cases with 1-4 gynecology surgeries per day
• Perform 15%-35% cesarean sections as needed
• Must be able to complete C-sections and all OB/GYN related surgeries
• Manage 2-5 average nursery admissions per day
• Care for average daily census of 3-4 newborns and 0-1 pediatric patients every 2 months
• Utilize EPIC documentation system/EMR
• Board certification required with active Ohio license
• NRP and ACLS certifications required
• COVID vaccine preferred, flu vaccine required
• Call coverage is not in-house
• Weekend coverage is part of schedule
• 60-90 day credentialing timeframe with possible emergency temp privileges for clean background
• Self-Query NPDB report mandatory within 30 days of presentation

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
