This well-established hospital is part of a leading Catholic health system that provides compassionate, comprehensive care to its community. The facility features a 10-bed LDRP unit, 3 postpartum beds, and 1 triage bed, with a 12-bed normal newborn nursery and strong physician and CNM support.

Board Certified - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:

• Provide on-call OB/GYN coverage including hospital ER/GYN and Labor & Delivery call
• Call is not in-house
• Coverage needed for select dates in September and December
• Must be able to complete C-sections and all OB/GYN related surgeries, including scheduled procedures
• GYN surgical caseload of 1-4 surgeries per day, comprising approximately 40-50% of workload
• C-sections represent approximately 15-35% of caseload
• Average nursery admissions of 2-5 per day with a daily newborn census of 3-4
• Documentation completed via EPIC EMR system
• Weekend coverage is part of the schedule
• Active Ohio medical license required
• Active DEA required
• ACLS and NRP certifications required
• Board Certification required
• Flu vaccine required
• Provider must be available for listed coverage dates
• 60-90 day credentialing timeframe; emergency temporary privileges may be available for providers with a clean background and active Ohio license
