Credentialing: 2-4 weeks 

Start: 10/1

End: 12/31

LOA: Specific dates needed (10/1-10/6, 10/23, 10/29-11/1, 11/13, 11/19-11/24, 11/26-12/5, 12/25, 12/31) - ongoing dates

Schedule: Shift times 24/hr call 8A - 8A 

Patient Volume: Annual Delivery rate of 400+ babies 

EMR: EPIC 

License: OR license 

Certifications: BC/BE, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS

Additional Info: Our 10-bed LDRP Unit with a 2-bed newborn nursery in Ontario, OR (60 miles west of Boise) is clinically integrated with the Obstetrical Unit and accommodates an annual delivery rate of 400+ babies. It is the only facility in Malheur, Payette, Fruitland, Adams, and Washington Counties providing care by OBGYNs providers for infants >36wks CGA.
