📋 Contract Details
🟢 Start Date: May 1, 2026 (contingent on credentialing completion)
🟢 End Date: Ongoing
🟢 Coverage Type: Call Only
🟢 Schedule: Seeking 1 provider to cover up to 8 call shifts per month (ideally including 2 weekends)
🟢 24-hour call shifts (not in-house; must remain within 15 minutes of facility)
🟢 Flexible examples:
7 AM Thursday – 7 AM Monday
7 AM Friday – 7 AM Tuesday


🔴 High-Priority Weekends to Fill:
June 19–21
June 26–28
July 31 – August 2

🟢 Position Scope: After-hours OB/GYN clinic call plus inpatient OB and GYN ED call coverage

🏥 Work Details
🟢 Practice Setting: Clinic/Inpatient
🟢 Support Staff: Yes
🟢 EMR: Epic
🔎 Skills Required:
✔ Low-risk pregnancy management
✔ High-risk pregnancy management
✔ FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
✔ Routine & complicated deliveries
✔ Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
✔ Surgical gynecology

📋 Requirements
🟢 Board Certification: Required
🟢 License: Active Oregon license required
🟢 DEA: Required
🟢 Certifications: BLS & NRP required
🕒 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
(May 1 start contingent upon completed application, approval, and privileges issued)
