Procedures Required:
Low risk pregnancy: Required
High risk pregnancy: Required
FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE: Required
OB Ultrasounds Level I/Screening (viability): Required
OB Ultrasounds Level II/Targeted (anatomic): Preferred
Routine delivery: Required (Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section)
Complicated delivery: Required (C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions)
Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations: Required
Surgical gynecology - Open: Required
Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation: Required
Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's: Required
Types of Cases (Surg / Anes / IRRAD): OBGYN after hours clinic call, inpatient OB and GYN ED call, unassigned OB call, C-section back up for Family Medicine OB physicians
Support Staff available: FM OB's and FM OB residents can assist in c-sections, OR crew/Anesthesia are on-call with 15 minute response time
Specific Dates Needed: 5/1/2026 - Ongoing. High priority weekends: June 19-21, June 26-28, July 31 - Aug 2
Department Structure/Shift Detail: Looking for one provider who can cover up to 8 call shifts a month, ideally that would include 2 weekends. Open to a 7 am Thursday - 7 am Monday shift or 7 am Friday through 7 am Tuesday shift. Patient Encounters Per Shift: 16-19
Shift Times: 7 am to 7 am (24-hour call shifts)
Call Schedule (if applicable): 24hr call shifts, not inhouse - can remain offsite within 15 minutes of the facility. Must respond within 15 minutes for stat c-section
