Opportunity Overview

Aviva Health Women's and Reproductive Health Clinic is seeking a Board Certified OB/GYN physician to provide ongoing locum tenens coverage. This position offers a combination of outpatient clinic and surgical responsibilities with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of midwives and nurse practitioners.

Practice Details
Mix of clinic and surgery coverage
Current schedule consists of:
2 clinic days per week
2 surgery days per week
Flexible scheduling:
5x8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts
Average patient volume: 16-20 patients per day
Surgery volume varies based on procedure type and case length
Seeking providers available at least 1 week per month; additional availability preferred
Clinical Responsibilities
Routine gynecologic office visits and preventive care
Office procedures including:
Endometrial Biopsies (EMB)
Colposcopies
IUD insertions/removals
Other routine in-office GYN procedures
Collaboration and physician support for midwives and nurse practitioners
Full spectrum gynecologic surgical care
Robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery
Qualifications
Board Certified OB/GYN
Minimum 2 years of experience
Surgical training required
Robotic surgery experience required
Active Oregon Medical License required
Active Oregon DEA required
Additional Information
EMR: Athena
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
Temporary privileges: Not available
Licensing candidates not considered; active Oregon license and Oregon DEA required
