Practice Setting: Hospital Call OB/GYN
Location: Pennsylvania
Coverage Dates: ASAP – ongoing, as needed
Call Ratio: 1:6
Group Size: 4 physicians
Other Coverage During Assignment: No (solo coverage during shifts)
Onsite Resources: Lab and Ultrasound available
Credentialing: Expedited (ASAP)
Reimbursements: Hotel + mileage at IRS standard rate
Obstetrics – Required Procedures
Low & high-risk pregnancy management (twins, toxemia, diabetes, cardiac, renal, pulmonary complications, etc.)
Labor & delivery: vaginal, low forceps, C-section decision-making, breech, multiple births, abruptions
VBACs
Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Gynecology – Required Procedures
Surgical gynecology – open
Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor (tubal ligation, LOAs, chromopertubation)
Operative/major (ectopic, oophorectomy, cystectomy, extensive LOAs)

Submission Requirements
Board Certified OB/GYN – Required
Active PA License – Required
BLS & ACLS – Required
