OB/GYN Opportunity – 24-Hour Call Coverage

A hospital-based facility is seeking an OB/GYN for ongoing 24-hour in-house call coverage. This is a great opportunity for providers looking for a structured call schedule with consistent monthly shifts.

Schedule:
24-hour in-house call shifts
7:30 AM – 7:30 AM
Up to 48 consecutive hours allowed
Approximately 10 shifts per month

Practice Setting:
Hospital-based
163-bed facility
EMR: Epic
On-site sleeping room available
Locum serves as primary provider while on shift

Support & Volume:
2 midwives on staff
Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) support available
Approximately 700 deliveries per year
Newborn nursery (no NICU)
High-risk deliveries managed on-site
Scope of Practice
Full-scope OB/GYN
VBACs
Cesarean sections

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Active Pennsylvania license required
DEA required
Minimum 1 year of experience

Credentialing:
Estimated timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
