This 116-bed regional medical center serves as a vital healthcare resource for the community, featuring comprehensive women's health services. The facility includes a 6-bed Labor & Delivery unit, 3 NST stations, 9 OB beds, and a Level 2 Special Care Nursery, providing excellent support for both routine and high-risk obstetric care.

Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:
• Provide 24-hour call coverage one weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Low call back volume with sustainable flat rate compensation structure
• Opportunity for approximately 10 clinic days per month office-based coverage
• Handle comprehensive obstetric services including low and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries including vaginal, cesarean sections, breech, and multiple births
• Manage pregnancy complications including abruptions and VBACs
• Conduct FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE monitoring
• Perform OB ultrasounds (Level I and II screening) with interpretation capabilities
• Handle amniocentesis procedures and repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Provide office/minor gynecology services including IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, and LEEP procedures
• Perform surgical gynecology procedures including open and laparoscopic operations
• Must maintain active South Carolina medical license
• Board certification required with 60-day credentialing timeframe
• Delineation of privileges must be completed prior to interview
• Airport access via Charlotte or Columbia Metro with lodging at Hampton Inn
