About the facility

The facility is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage and provides full scope obstetric and gynecologic services in an on-site setting. The facility operates with a Level II NICU to support neonatal care needs within the clinical service area. Established protocols are maintained to ensure continuous patient care delivery across obstetric and gynecologic services. Clinical staffing includes two OB laborists on shift at a time to support operations throughout assigned coverage periods.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide full scope obstetric and gynecologic in-house call coverage at an on-site facility in Tennessee, with shifts scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekends. GYN services are required as part of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability during all designated coverage periods. The facility supports a delivery volume of approximately 8-20 deliveries per day, and two OB laborists are on shift simultaneously to support clinical operations. Call coverage is required as part of this assignment. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this position.
