OBGYN Locums Clinic + Call - DFW Area

Schedule:

2.5 days per week in clinic

1 surgery day per week

1:4 call rotation

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled OB/GYN to join our collaborative team. This role offers a balance of outpatient care, surgical opportunities, and a manageable call schedule within a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care

Perform gynecological surgeries across multiple venues

Collaborate with a comprehensive care team, including LCSWs, lactation specialists, educators, and other specialists, to ensure high-quality patient care

Utilize innovative, integrated technology platforms to enhance patient engagement and streamline provider workflows

Participate in OB/GYN call coverage: 24/7 emergency obstetric and gynecological care including labor, water breaking, bleeding, pain, high-risk pregnancies, and other complications

Comfortable performing DNCs, ectopic pregnancy management, and cesarean sections

On-Call Structure:

1:4 call rotation with OB/GYN team providing backup coverage for CNM hospitalists

PRN pool available to support team vacations and extended leaves

Qualifications:

Board-Certified OB/GYN

Active Texas Medical License or IMLC

Dedicated DEA registration

Surgical first assist experience preferred (CNMs on staff are trained for this role)
