OBGYN Locums needed in North Texas-IMLC Accepted

Job description

Assignment Overview
• Start Date: March 2026
• Schedule:
○ 2–3 clinic days/week
○ 1 surgery day/week
○ 1:4 call rotation

Responsibilities
• Full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care
• Multiple venues for gynecological surgery
• Collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on work-life balance
• Call coverage support provided by OB/GYN team and PRN pool
• Comprehensive care team includes LCSWs, lactation consultants, educators, and specialists
• Innovative tech platforms to enhance efficiency and patient engagement

On Call Duties
• 24/7 emergency OB/GYN coverage for:
○ Labor & delivery
○ Water breaking, bleeding, pain management
○ High-risk pregnancies and complications
• Must be comfortable with D&C, ectopic pregnancies, and cesarean sections
• CNMs provide surgical first assist; locum collaborates for deliveries
