OBGYN needed in Houston

Position Information: There is a need for an OBGYN Laborist in Houston

Maternal Level IV

NICU Level III

All will work the OBED and take unassigned patients.
Minimum 5 years of OB experience required


Temporary privileges is an option but MUST have 100% clean file. Cannot have any malpractice, background or license issues.

Role & Responsibilities:

OB triage coverage and ED consults

Management of unassigned OB/GYN patients from admission to discharge

Emergency response on L&D, antepartum, postpartum, and OBED units

Deliveries when community OBs are unavailable

Surgical assists and support for complicated deliveries (including TOLACs)

Coordination and transport of high-acuity OB patients

Willingness to manage MFM patients as clinically indicated
