This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility serving the suburban Dallas community, operating in partnership with a leading national medical group to deliver comprehensive OBGYN hospitalist services. The facility features a Level III NICU with approximately 1,700 deliveries annually, supported by in-house anesthesiology services available 24/7 and affiliated maternal-fetal medicine specialists for high-risk pregnancies.

Board Certified - Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist

Job Details:

• Per diem OB/GYN Hospitalist role providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to the suburban Dallas community
• Responsibilities include OB triage, admissions, and attending deliveries
• Provide inpatient care and see unassigned patients with private call coverage
• Cover the OB floor and manage ER consults for gynecologic emergencies
• Provide surgical assists at cesarean sections
• Perform fetal monitoring and emergency response in labor and delivery
• Collaborate with in-house neonatologists and NNPs in a Level III NICU
• Work alongside maternal-fetal medicine specialists for high-risk pregnancy cases
• Shifts are 24 hours in-house
• Board Certification in OB/GYN required (Board Eligible not accepted)
• Active Texas license or active IMLC required
• Providers must have been clinically active within the past year
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience within OB/GYN specialty required
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
• Self-Query NPDB required, pulled within 30 days of submission
