This facility averages 72 hospital deliveries per month and maintains 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage. Maternal-fetal medicine coverage is available but not on-site, and hospitalists do not provide gynecologic coverage. Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates.

About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care during 24-hour shifts with call coverage requirements. Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology is mandatory, along with EFM certification. The position involves managing labor and delivery cases, performing cesarean sections, and handling gynecologic procedures. Backup support is available from OB physicians, general surgery, and emergency room staff when needed.
