📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: July 2026
🔹 Contract Length: 6 months
🔹 Schedule: 4–8 24-hour in-house call shifts per month (8 shifts preferred)
🔹 Shift Details: 24-hour in-house call; may work 2 consecutive 24-hour shifts
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Coverage Type: 24-hour in-house OB/GYN call coverage
🔹 Volume: 70–75 deliveries/month, 20–25 non-obstetrical surgeries/month
🔹 Support Staff: 5 OB/GYNs, 5 Advanced Clinical Practitioners, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
🔹 Practice Setting: Acute-care medical center with Level II Nursery and broad specialty support
🔹 Case Mix: Full-scope OB/GYN including routine and high-risk obstetrics, minor gynecologic surgeries, inpatient and outpatient care
🔹 EMR: Epic

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
🔹 License: Active Virginia license required
🔹 Certifications: EFM, NRP, PALS preferred
